Meet Kaycee Rice—an acclaimed dancer, choreographer and entrepreneur—who gained prominence after her high-energy routines and impeccable execution made her popular amongst dance enthusiasts and general audiences alike.
Kaycee is a notable talent across the dance community, known for her incredible technique and versatility across a variety of styles, including hip-hop and contemporary.
Kaycee has been a featured dancer in music videos by the likes of Meghan Trainor and Olivia Rodrigo, as well as performed alongside artists such as Katy Perry, Flo Rida and Charli XCX. She continues to create her own choreography by creating personal concept videos, teaching classes across the world and creating for professional music artists.

Kaycee has held diverse partnerships with tech companies such as AT&T and Dell, beauty brands such as YSL and athletic lifestyle brands FILA and Nike.
Kaycee promotes self-love, individuality and positivity. In 2017 she launched WEIRDO apparel to build community and empower her followers. She states that her goal is to continue to inspire, encourage and uplift others across all facets of her life.
Kaycee’s Instagram features a wide variety of content in her 1,662 posts from podcast episodes to her choreography. She follows 806 Instagram pages and has 1.8M followers. Kaycee tells stories through her Instagram page.
She has videos where she breaks down the meaning behind her WEIRDO brand, how she comes up with some of her choreography and what it feels like for her to share that with the world, whether it be in a professional setting or in a teaching setting.

She’s also shares pictures of her dog Beanie, her and her friends and her travels. This all makes her very relatable alongside being a professional.
TikTok
Kaycee’s TikTok follows a similar posting strategy as her Instagram page with videos and pictures that cover everything from her own choreography to her teaching sessions. She follows 160 accounts, has 1.8M followers and 59.9M likes.
TikTok is a great platform for Kaycee since she is such a visual presenter. Her videos that are posted on TikTok and her other platforms perform better on this platform with most of her videos getting a range of views from 80K to 5.3M.
Between her TikTok and her Instagram pages, Kaycee tells the story of movement shapes the world. The variety of content across these two platforms is structured more toward her dance performances and choreography, but she sprinkles in just enough personal posts to be relatable to her audience.

YouTube
“Hey everyone and welcome to my personal channel! I'm Kaycee Rice and I'm 21 years old. I started a new ‘podcast’ called just being WE where I am opening up and sharing more imperfections and vulnerability🤍 follow to see my journey and go through this crazy life together.”
Kaycee’s official YouTube channel has 530K subscribers and 36 videos. On this platform she focuses on her podcast where she covers topics from eating disorders to stress/anxiety to self-care. Her video views range from 10K to over 130K. These podcast videos are extremely personal and are meant to connect on a deep, meaningful level with her audience. This shows a side to her where she is not put together like she would be in a professional music video, but where is simply sitting on her couch, talking about subjects that a lot of people would tend to avoid because they can be sensitive matters. This "official page" feels like a personal diary.
Her other page, which focuses more solely on her dance career, has 289K subscribers and 80 videos. These videos range in views from 50K to over 222K. This YouTube page feels more like a professional portfolio. This is defiantly a page that I would also investigate in if considering her to help promote a performing arts center because she displays her talent, her professional experience, and her passion that is contagious through her teaching.

Telling Stories Through Movement
Kaycee tells her stories through movement and although dance is just one of the types of performance arts that my center hosts, her ability to captivate an audience and explain how movement has changed her life is very relatable and valuable. Kaycee would be perfect for gaining the attention of a younger audience to the performing arts center and the performances that take place on the stage.
